BIGGIE AZUL

This Fairbanks Ranch project took place during lockdown and had been destroyed from an attic fire the previous owner didn't want to deal with.  We had to remove all the drywall, cabinet and flooring throughout to clean up the water damage from the 3 alarm response, so it truly became a fresh slate.  This project was fun as we were in a time where contact was restricted, but in 12,000 sf it was easy to maintain a distance. 

 

We were not able get it professionally photographed due to all scheduling issues before it sold, so these iphone pics are the best we can do.
