The owners of this home needed to improve how the layout functioned for their family.  We were able to completely renovate the home to add both function and style.

The master bathroom layout had a subterranean tub/shower that was so dangerous that my clients instead used one across the house.  We shuffled the layout around to create a huge shower, freestanding tub as well as a beautiful custom closet and office space.

The kitchen and family room were overwhelmed by oversized cabinetry and a huge wet bar that cut off the room.  By removing those we were able to extend the island another 5' and open up the family room to accommodate a roomier furniture layout, which dramatically transformed the space.
